Held at The Humble Hub and The Humble Heart, St Leonards, my classes are designed for every body, welcoming all levels and abilities.
I focus on the energetics of the body including the energy centers of the chakras, creating unique practices that go beyond the physical postures of conventional yoga.
My classes blend movement, mantra, breathwork and energetic awareness to help you balance, connect with your inner self and leave you feeling grounded and revitalised. These are classes for your whole being—mind, body and spirit.
